In an interview, actor satyan said about thuppaki's scene and Vijay's character in this movie.
The next movie after thuppaki for vijay is Yohan atyayam ondru. This movie was directed by Gautam Vasudev Menon. A.R.Rahman plays the background music. The theme music of Yohan was already composed by A.R.Rahman and that theme music was so interesting, said A.R.Rahman.
